NestPoint was born from something simple, yet sacred: a deep love for home. Our founder didn’t start in real estate. She started as a mother looking for stability, a daughter raised in a home full of resilience, and a woman who always knew that the right roof over your head can change your life.

After years of working closely with families displaced by work, storms, insurance housing, and emergency transitions, She saw a major gap in the market—homeowners who needed help without being taken advantage of, and families who needed a soft place to land. NestPoint became that bridge.  

Today, we’re a boutique property management and housing solutions company that believes in doing things differently. 

We serve everyone from traditional tenants to corporate relocations and insurance housing clients, always with heart, structure, and integrity. Every home we manage gets treated with personal care, and every homeowner becomes part of our NestPoint family.
